A 22-year-old man has died in hospital after a two car collision on Sunday October 19.
The male, who has not yet been named was driving his blue Renault Clio when it collided with a silver Mercedes C270 on the A40 near the Elvicta business park, Crickhowell at 4.15pm.
He sustained serious injuries and was taken to Nevill Hall Hospital, Abergavenny in a critical condition. However, Dyfed Powys Police confirmed on Tuesday that he has since died.
The female driver of the Mercedes was also taken to hospital but her injuries were not believed to be life threatening.
Anyone who witnessed the collision, or was travelling on that stretch of road at around the time of the incident is asked to contact police by calling 101 as soon as possible.
