The A470 is currently closed from Felinfach to Llyswen next to the Junction for the A438 due to a two-vehicle collision that took place this morning at 7.30am.
Dyfed-Powys Police have asked road users to avoid the area and find an alternative route.
A spokesperson from Dyfed-Powys Police said: “One person was taken to hospital with injuries not believed to be life threatening.
“The road was closed for recovery of vehicles and for officers to carry out relevant enquiries.
“The road reopened at 11.40am.”
