Fire crews pumped water from buildings yesterday evening following flooding in Llanwrtyd Wells.
Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service (MAWWFRS) were called out to the Bell Vue Terrace area shortly after 8pm yesterday (Sunday, January 5).
Llanwrtyd Wells, Llandovery and Builth Wells Fire Station crews were called to the scene.
Crews found water entering several properties, including the basement of a commercial property operating as a hotel.
The flooding was caused by a collapsed culvert.
Crews used several pumps and hoses to remove and divert the water from the properties.
Local authority personnel were also in attendance, who supplied sandbags to assist with diverting the water from the properties.
The fire service successfully removed water from all properties and the incident was handed over to the local authority.
Crews left the scene shortly after midnight this morning (Monday).
