Fire crews were called to tackle a blaze at a property in Brecon yesterday evening.

Brecon, Crickhowell and Talgarth crews were called to the Plough Court area at around 6:54pm.

A spokesperson for Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service said: “Crews responded to a fire that was contained to decking on the first floor of a property and utilised two hose reel jets, two thermal imaging cameras, one extendable ladder and one saw to extinguish the fire.”

All persons were accounted for and crews left the scene at 8.27pm.
