A man has been arrested on suspicion of assault following an incident in Talgarth yesterday.

Dyfed-Powys Police have confirmed one man was arrested and taken into custody last night after a woman was attacked with cleaning fluid.

A spokesperson for the police force said: “The investigation is live, which limits the details we can provide however we can confirm that officers have taken a statement from the victim and obtained CCTV evidence, and our enquiries are ongoing.”
