Police are appealing for information after launching an investigation into an attempted murder.

Officers from Dyfed-Powys received a call from the ambulance service requesting assistance at an address in Llethyr Bryn in Llandrindod Wells at just after 8:20pm yesterday (Saturday, December 14).

A man was reported to have sustained serious injuries, police have said.

The investigation team at Dyfed-Powys Police is now appealing for information and would like to speak to anyone who saw the incident or might be able to help identify the person responsible.
