The search is continuing this afternoon for a man from Ystradgynlais who is missing.
Christopher, 57, is missing from his home in the Ystradgynlais area.
Dyfed-Powys Police have issued an update that the search is ongoing and now involves “specialist search teams”.
“We would like to thank friends and the community who have asked if they can help with the search, however we request that this is left to the specialists at this time,” said a police spokesperson.
“Residents in the Ystradgynlais area can help by checking any outbuildings or sheds in case he has sought shelter.”
Christopher is described as about 6 feet and 2 inches tall, bald and of slim build.
He is possibly wearing a blue/navy hooded Rab puffer-style jacket with a red zip.
