A section of the A470 at Llyswen is now closed for nearly three weeks.

The closure began today (Monday, September 23) and will continue until Sunday, October 13.

The road is closed outside Llyswen’s The Griffin Inn from 8am to 6pm every day.

The reason for the closure is so that Welsh Water can carry out a mains renewal.

A diversions is in place, taking motorists via the A479 at Bronllys.
