On Saturday, February 24 Brecknock YFC held their 68th Annual Hedging Match at Coed Owen Farm, Cwmtaff by the kind permission of Mr and Mrs Baden Rees and family.

On behalf of the Federation, they would like to thank their hosts, judge Mr Estyn James, Libanus YFC for providing outstanding refreshments, stewards, county officials for ensuring the day ran smoothly and Hay & Brecon Farmers for sponsoring the event.

Congratulations to Chris Llandefalle YFC on winning Class 1 (singles, unaided) and overall best hedge.

Class 2 (Pairs unaided) was won by Gwilym and Jonny Llandefalle YFC.

Class 3 (Pairs U28, aided) was won by Iwan and Tom Trecastle YFC.

Class 4 (Farmers Hedge) was won by Dewi and Llinos Llandefalle YFC.

Class 5 (Pairs U21, aided) was won by Ffion and Tom Llandefalle YFC.
