Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has announced the sale of Bryngwy Residential Home in Rhayader.

Bryngwy Residential Home is an established care business registered to care for up to 24 residents at a time.

The home was brought to market to allow its previous owner to retire.

Following a confidential sales process with Oliver McCarthy at Christie & Co, it has been sold to Oakwood Care Ltd owned by Kuljit Grewal, who also owns the award-winning Williamston Nursing Home in Houghton, Pembrokeshire.

Kuljit Grewal said: “I’m really looking forward to the next chapter of Bryngwy Residential Home, where investment and technology will have a positive impact for the residents, staff, and the business.”

Bryngwy Residential Home was sold for an undisclosed price.
