Builth Wells Male Voice Choir has donated £1,000 to the Motor Neurone Disease (MND) Association.
At a recent practice night, the chairman of the choir, Ian Coldrick, presented a cheque for the sum to Richard Shackelford, who was representing the charity.
The impressive total was raised earlier in the year at the choir's St David's Day Charity Concert, held in Builth Wells Sports Centre.
During the presentation, Mr Shackelford explained the work of the MND Association in enabling everyone living with and affected by MND to access the help and support they need. The MND Association is a charity focused on improving access to care, research and campaigning for people affected by the disease.
He thanked the choir for its generous contribution .
