The Castle Fish Bar in Talgarth is serving up battered pigs in blankets over the festive period.

Customers will be able to purchase jumbo battered pigs in blankets from now until Christmas Eve. They cost £3 and are over ten inches long and accompanied with free cranberry sauce.

Chip shop manager, Adam told The Brecon & Radnor Express: "We try and do promotional things all the time, we did pineapple fritters for Halloween, where we made them look like eyes. We just try to do something current.

"They're very good, especially with the cranberry sauce on them, they're extremely nice."

For £7.99, customers can eat in with jumbo battered pigs in blankets, chips and gravy and cranberry sauce. The festive themed treat became available on Monday, December 12 and will be available to be bought until Saturday, December 24.
