Cradoc C.P. School has achieved the Cymraeg Campus Silver Award.

Cymraeg Campus is a Language Charter which aims to inspire children and young people to use the Welsh language throughout the school, across the Curriculum and in all area of school life.

It has been a high priority for the school over the last 18 months and with support from a dedicated and highly effective Welsh Coordinator, the Criw Cymraeg have worked extremely hard to promote Welsh in all aspects of school life.

The school was praised for its the enthusiasm for the Welsh language, which comes across clearly the minute any visitor crosses the threshold.

The school community is thrilled with this achievement, now being one of the few schools in Powys to be credited with the award.
