Diversions have been put in place after the footbridge on the main route to Pen-y-Fan from Pont ar Daf has been closed for emergency repairs by the national park.
Brecon Beacons - Bannau Brycheiniog National Park authority are establishing a timeline for the bridge's repair, which leads the majority of tourists up to Pen-y-Fan.
Footpath diversions signs have been put in place and the national park has asked visitors to follow them for access to Pen-y-Fan.
Pont ar Daf car park remains open despite the ongoing repairs.
National Trust employees are available at the car park seven days a week, between 8am and 4pm to answer any questions about the diversion route.
