Motorists have been rescued by emergency services earlier today after getting stuck in floodwater.
Crews from both Mid and West Wales and Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Services were called to Letton, Herefordshire, this morning to help stranded motorists recover their cars.
Letton, a small village around eight miles south of Kington, has been heavily affected by the recent flooding.
Emergency services said that the drivers had ignored the 'Road Closed' signs before attempting to get through the water and becoming stuck.
Group Commander of Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service Dave Swallow posted photos of the rescues on social media, reminding motorists to not drive into floodwater.
Even shallow water is enough to disable a car, or cover hidden obstacles and obstructions.
