Mr Lee Powell and pupils from Ysgol Calon Cymru (Builth Wells Campus) recently presented a cheque for £1866 to charity.

The cheque was received by Kathryn Jones, Chair of Builth Wells Cancer Research UK Committee.

The substantial amount was raised by pupils participating in the Cancer Research Race for Life held earlier this year.
