A traditional Cawl a Chân was recently held at the Victoria Hall, Llanwrtyd in aid of the local churches of St James, St David’s and Egwlys Oen Duw Beulah.

Cannon Barry Pyke started the evening with a prayer and cawl, cheese, bread and Bara Brith was then served.

Entertainment was provided by ‘Di Enw’, Richard Evans, Lynn Ball and Jackie Brown.

Raffle prizes were won by Richard Evans, Canon Barry Pyke, Lucy Taylor, Tony Egan, Iestyn Evans, Jackie Brown, Janet Croucher, Jean Evans, Sarah Hatter, Maureen Bowen and Georgie Perrett
