If only we could ‘magic away’ these long dark evenings?
Well this evening (Friday, November 24) there will be an opportunity to do just that with friends, neighbours and family in Glasbury Village Hall.
Glasbury looks forward to welcoming the Chris Wilder Magic Show all the way from Nottingham for a special one-off pre-Christmas event for all ages from far and wide.
Chris is a member of the Magic Circle and a master of sleight of hand, as he fascinates and entertains his audiences.
Chris is a family man who loves to wow, intrigue and astound people as he takes them through a fun evening of much hilarity.
Delicious cakes and Christmas treats are being made by the hosts to welcome people through the doors from 7pm, washed down with steaming hot coffee, tea or squash as people relax around the tables with friends or meet new ones.
This pre-Christmas event is being hosted by the Black Mountains Filling Station, who are from a range of local churches in the area and meet in the hall on the last Friday of each month.
There will be no entry fee so as many as possible can come to enjoy this fun evening of wits, words, wonders and laughter.
Donations towards costs are welcome if desired.
