Things are hotting up at the fictional nunnery in Brecon.

Westenders have been enjoying their final technical and dress rehearsals at the Guildhall in Brecon, in preparation for their Dirty Habits production at the Guildhall this Friday and Saturday.

Dirty Habits is written and directed by Julie Jones. She has created this over eighteen only production for the committed company of Westenders, on stage and backstage, who were eager to perform for the local community.

“We’re loving the rehearsals,” said Mike Charles, a long standing Westender.

“Tickets are selling fast. We can’t wait to show our old and new audiences that the Westenders are back.”

Costumes are on, the lights are in place and the actors are ready. “All we need is an audience, “said Rob Thomas, piano playing musician, “ I’m excited, I even have an acting role.”

Dirty Habits is on at the Guildhall, Brecon, this Friday 9 and Saturday 10 September. Tickets at Ticket Source or can be bought at the door. Doors open 7pm, for 7.30pm performance.
