New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to nine of Powys’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

The following ratings have been given to two restaurants, cafes or canteens:
• Rated 5: Cobblers Tearoom at 44 High Street, Llanidloes, Powys; rated on January 27
• Rated 5: Tatws Poeth a Mwy at Walnut Tree Cafe, Coed Yr Ynys Road, Llangynidr, Crickhowell; rated on January 16
Pubs, bars and nightclubs
And three ratings have been handed to pubs, bars or nightclubs:
• Rated 5: The Crown Inn at 43 Heol Twrch, Lower Cwmtwrch, Swansea; rated on January 24
• Rated 5: Abercamlais Arms at Sennybridge, Brecon, Powys; rated on January 18
