New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to six of Powys’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Restaurants, cafes and canteens

The following ratings have been given to three restaurants, cafes or canteens:

• Rated 4: The Cafe at Drover Cycles at Forest Road, Hay-On-Wye, Hereford; rated on June 6

• Rated 4: The Cosy Cafe at 4/5 High Town, Hay-On-Wye, Hereford; rated on June 6

• Rated 4: Themes Restaurant at Coleg Powys, Llanidloes Road, Newtown; rated on June 6

Pubs, bars and nightclubs

And two ratings have been handed to pubs, bars or nightclubs:

• Rated 4: The Old Ford Inn at Llanhamlach, Brecon, Powys; rated on June 6

• Rated 3: Dolau Inn at Mochdre, Newtown, Powys; rated on June 6
