New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to 10 of Powys’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

The following ratings have been given to seven restaurants, cafes or canteens:

• Rated 5: Cafe Cedewain at Ysgol Robert Owen, Plantation Lane, Newtown, Powys; rated on March 17

• Rated 5: The Monkey Puzzle at 6 Puzzle Square, Welshpool, Powys; rated on March 12

• Rated 5: Lychgate Cottage Tearoom & Deli at Lychgate Cottage, Berriew, Welshpool, Powys; rated on February 28

• Rated 5: Celtic Minor Ltd (inc.Plas-y-Rhosyn) at Celtic Minor Golf Club, Palleg Road, Lower Cwmtwrch, Swansea; rated on February 27

• Rated 5: Dominos Pizza at Straight Lines House, New Road, Newtown, Powys; rated on February 19
