New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Powys’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Black Lion Inn, a pub, bar or nightclub at Derwenlas, Machynlleth, Powys was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on June 13.

And Burger King, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 1-3 Pool Road, Newtown, Powys was also given a score of four on June 13.
