A fundraiser has been launched for the team who rescued a missing dog in the Powys countryside.
The Missing Dog Support Team CIC, a non-profit organisation, was first alerted to the missing dog in February. After almost a month of the dog wandering, the team managed to trap the dog and bring her to safety, and are now looking after her.
Lauren Guest, who helped rescue the dog, has created a fundraiser, hoping to raise £1,500.
On her JustGiving page, Lauren said: “Everyone who has followed this story knows that securing this little dog was no small task and consumed a considerable amount of resources. £500+ in fuel alone.”
To secure the dog, the team used cameras, traps, battery chargers, and food.
