Brecon Town Council has announced the cancellation of the stage entertainment at the Bulwark that was set to take place this evening as part of the Brecon with Bells On event.

Strong wind and rain has cancelled this evening’s entertainment which included the Christmas lights switch on by the Rich Brothers and music by Crazy Alien.

A spokesperson for Brecon Town Council said: “We are very sorry to confirm that the entertainment on stage at the Bulwark has been cancelled due to the weather.

“There is still a SANTA'S GROTTO at the Guildhall today from 10am and buskers inside in the warm at St Mary's Church Christmas Fayre. Apologies everyone.”

The decision was made earlier this morning.
