BEING in possession of 10g of cannabis has cost a Brighton man more than £400 in fines and court costs.

A court at Llandrindod Wells heard that Marcus William Henson of Langley Crescent, Brighton was found to be in possession of 10g of cannabis at Builth Road in Powys on September 2, 2022. 
Henson pleaded guilty and was fined £240 and offered to pay a victim surcharge of £96 and court costs of £85 - a total of £411.
