A mental health charity in Brecon is encouraging the community to take part in its Christmas-themed fun run this December.
Brecon & District Mind's 'Mental Elf' festive fun run will take place on Sunday, December 8 at The Promenade park, Brecon.
Registration for the run opens at 10:30am, with the run beginning at 12 midday.
Participants can walk, jog, skip or run the 5km route.
As well as the fun run, there will be festive activities for the whole family, a hot drink station, a choir performance, a goody bag with your very own medal and much more.
Don’t forget to wear your elf ears or Santa hats! While Christmas fancy dress is not required, it’s very much encouraged and there will be prizes for best dressed on the day.
Mental Elf is open to all abilities and ages. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Well behaved dogs on leads are welcome.
All donations raised during Mental Elf stay in Brecon and District Mind to help fund their vital services to support people in the community with their mental health and wellbeing
