The Met Office has issued an amber weather warning over Powys for strong winds.
Storm Isha will bring in these strong, southwesterly winds on Sunday (January, 21) evening.
Winds will develop widely across Northern Ireland, western parts of England, Wales and the southern half of Scotland during Sunday evening.
A spokesperson for the Met Office has said: "Gusts will frequently reach 50-60 mph, perhaps 70 mph at times in a few locations."
The strong winds will continue into Monday morning.
Power cuts may occur and damage to buildings is possible. Longer journey times and some cancellations on public transport are likely to happen.
The Met Office have also issued a yellow weather warning over Powys throughout the whole of Sunday and into Monday morning.
