A new defibrillator has been installed in Hay-on-Wye.
Located on the back fold, next to the Hay-on-Wye Tourist Information Bureau, the defibrillator is a stone’s throw from Hay Castle.
Provided by the London Hearts Charity, the defibrillator is available should anyone need it at any time.
A spokesperson for Hay Castle Trust said: “Hay Castle Trust would like to thank the Black Mountains Lions and anyone who generously donated to make this possible. You can locate your nearest defibrillator wherever you are in the UK on 'The Circuit' www.thecircuit.uk.
“London Hearts Charity provided us with the defibrillator and the casing which will be routinely checked, maintained and powered by Hay Castle Trust.”
