Ex-Armed Forces personnel and their family members are invited to drop in for a brew at the new Help for Heroes cafés across Powys.

These cafés enable the local Armed Forces community to come together, meet new people and find out what support is available from Help for Heroes.

The next free Help for Heroes café is open on Thursday, 11 April (10 am), at The Strand Hall, Builth Wells.

On Monday, 15 April (10 am), the café moves to Ponthafren Newtown, Long Bridge Street, before rolling up again 10 days later, on Thursday, 25 April (10 am), at Ponthafren Welshpool, The Armoury.

Its final stop for the month is at Llandrindod Food Bank, Oasis, Llandrindod Wells on Monday, 29 April (10 am).
