A BRECON born pensioner is to join a peaceful trespass of the Epynt Army Range on Armed Forces Day in a pilgrimage against the 'militarisation' of Wales.
This weekend Harley Simpson, 70, formerly of the Struet, will travel from his home in Devon to join members of Cymdeithas y Cymod (the Fellowship of Reconciliation in Wales) to protest at the Army's confiscation of 54 farms and 30,000 acres of the Epynt in June 1940.
