A Powys restaurant has been handed a new four-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Mach Mess Room Tuck Shop, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Machynlleth Railway Station, Doll Street, Machynlleth, Powys was given the score after assessment on June 17, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Powys's 422 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 286 (68%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
