A Powys restaurant has been handed a new one-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Subway, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Applegreen Ss, Salop Road, Welshpool, Powys was given the score after assessment on April 15, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Powys's 409 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 282 (69%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
