Specialist crew from Rhayader Fire Station helped save a donkey from a river in Montgomeryshire yesterday.
The crew were called out in the morning and used their large animal rescue equipment to rescue Nicky the donkey.

Around fifteen members took to the water and managed to carry Nicky to safety.
