Rhayader U12s went through the whole season undefeated in the South Powys League before travelling to Aberaeron to take part in the Aberaeron Football Tournament 2016.

The standard at this tournament is very high and they managed to qualify from their group despite losing to Lampeter 2-0.

They went on to the final where they avenged their earlier defeat against Lampeter by beating them 2-1 to win the whole tournament.

Rhayader’s Jack Clarke was named player of the tournament, capping a great achievement from the boys and the manager Graham Rowlands.
