A BRECON man is gearing up to walk the gruelling 870 mile long All Wales Coast path to raise funds for two national charities.

Richard Shone will set off on the long distance walk this Saturday from the outskirts of English border city Chester, in Cheshire, before aiming to finish some weeks later at the southern end of the walk in Chepstow, Monmouthshire.
