The temporary traffic lights on the A40 at Bwlch have now been removed.
The lights had been installed following a two-vehicle collision on Saturday morning.
A spokesperson for the police said: “Dyfed-Powys Police received a report of a two-vehicle road traffic collision on the A40 near Bwlch at around 11:30am on September 28.
“No injuries were reported. The road was closed for recovery of the vehicles and to ensure the safety of the public.”
