On Saturday, July 13, the annual Three Cocks village summer show is set to be bigger and better than ever.

The show will take place at Gwenyfed High School from 1pm to 4pm with competitions, entertainment, food and drink for all to enjoy.

The competitions for all to take part in have been split into three sections: Section A, Section B, and Section C.

There will be 25 to 30 stalls set up on the day, along with a car boot sale, and food venders selling ice cream, cakes, fish and chips, candy floss, hot dogs and burgers. There will also be a bar there.

Entertainment for the afternoon includes inflatables, archery, show classes, musical performances from Gwernyfed High School, and sporting activities.

At 1pm, Gwernyfed community council will be unveiling their new logo, designed by one of the pupils at the high school.

A draw for community lottery will take place at 2pm. For the community lottery, participants pay £6 per draw with a chance of top prize winning £50, second £30, third £15. Money made from the lottery goes towards Three Cocks Matters.
