The Three Cocks community basked in sunshine at the Gwernyfed Park for the annual Easter Hunt on Saturday, 30 March.
The event attracted around 30 children and nearly 100 adults, enjoying a couple of hours filled with Easter-themed fun, completely free of charge. Participants embarked on a quest to find 14 hidden pictures, with everyone receiving a goody bag (mainly chocolate).
The event featured homemade cakes, a drawing table, various play activities, and a sunflower planting station courtesy of the Old Railway Garden Centre.
Highlighting the day was the Easter egg design competition judged by County Councillor Will Lloyd, showcasing over 30 creative entries across different age groups. This marks the third successful year for the Three Cocks Matters’ Easter celebration.
