Western Beacons Mountain Rescue Team were called out on Saturday, February 22 to a female walker who had suffered an elbow injury after slipping on rocks near a river.
Remote Rescue Medical Technicians treated and splinted her arm before carrying her on the stretcher up the bank to the footpath.
The casualty agreed to walk back to the RV at The Angel Pontneathvaughan for onward transport to hospital by a helpfull bystander.
