Local natural history group Rhayader by Nature is delighted to present a talk by a leading international palaeontologist this week.
Dr Joe Botting will speak about the Castle Bank at Llandrindod, one of the world’s most extraordinary fossil sites.
The site has preserved a diverse array of tiny, soft-bodied animals from the Ordovician period, some 444 million years ago.
The talk will be at 7:30pm on Thursday, February 13 at CARAD, Rhayader.
Tickets are £3/adult, children are free.
