The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning for snow over parts of Powys.
The warning has been issued from the early hours of Thursday, 8 February at 3am until 3am on Friday, 9 February, where a band of rain, sleet and snow is likely to bring up to 2cm of snow at lower levels.
The snow will ease later in the day, and may turn back to rain or drizzle.
Affected areas in Powys include Rhayader, Presteigne, Kington, Knighton, Llanwrtyd Wells, Builth Wells and Llandrindod Wells.
There are small chances of power cuts and transport delays, but these are very unlikely to occur.
