Six residents of the Brecon area have been preparing to cycle to Clovelly, Devon to raise money for good causes.

The residents are raising funds for the DPJ Foundation and Clovelly Lifeboat Station.

The 200-mile journey will start from Brecon Rugby Club on the morning of Wednesday, June 26.

Three of the cycle team recently met with Kate and Ellie from the DPJ Foundation, Conservative candidate for Brecon, Radnor and Cwmtawe, Fay Jones who has given her full support to this charity event since its conception in January, and local sponsors.   The cycle team comprises of Byroney Hope, Craig Younger, Deri Williams, Mike Cornish, Gaz Marshall and Ian Griffiths.
