Builth Wells 1st XI had no game on Saturday and as a result slip to third place in the GB Liners Marches League first division.
Goodrich remain top after a nine-wicket win over Luctonians who they restricted to 176 for 7.
And Garnons are up to second as they also won by nine wickets against Dales who made 243 for 4.
The Bulls now have a game in hand on the top two and are five points behind Garnons and 28 points adrift of Goodrich.
Hay look certain to be in Division One next season as they maintained their impressive form with a 165-run win over Canon Frome 2nds.
Canon Frome won the toss and opted to put Hay into bat, despite Hay averaging 274 when batting first at home this season. With Hay missing at least five potential openers, captain John Sly opted to take the job alongside Luke Bowen.
Hay had nearly made it through the opening 10 overs before Sly (13) was caught at slip. That brought Dan Bowen to the middle to partner his brother. Runs had steadied, and a questionable call of two led to the run out of Dan Bowen (12) to leave Hay at 73/2 in the 19th over.
Will Price came in at four and played brilliantly to support Luke Bowen, who had passed his half-century in the midst of a 79-run partnership in 13 overs. Price (40) was caught for the third wicket with the scoreboard on 154. Lyke Bowen (87) fell LBW a couple of overs later with the score now 167/4 in the 34th over.
Huw Griffiths and Gabe Moore were now in the middle and hit boundaries galore. Griffiths (67*) hit nine sixes in a rapid half-century, alongside Moore (22*) with some powerful hitting to push the Hay score up to 260/4. An impressive 114 runs were scored off the last 10 overs.
In reply, Canon Frome were bowled out for 95 with Huw Griffiths (4-23) completing a man of the match performance. Gus Price took 2-9 and there was a wicket each for Matthew Burgess, Tim Davies, Gabriel Moore and Levi Phillips as Hay reeled off a ninth straight victory to move 37 points clear at the top of Division Two.
Hay head to Wormelow 2nds this coming Saturday.
