BRECON Northcote are out of the Central Wales Youth Cup following a 7-3 defeat at Llanidloes Town.

Llyr Davies, Geraint Morris and Daniel Davies netted for Northcote who had won away at Penrhyncoch in the previous round while goals from George Clark (2), Will Denham (2), Andy Evans, Josh Matthews and Gavin Cross saw The Daffs through.

Llanidleos will now meet Aberystwyth Town in the semi-fin al after The Seasiders thrashed Machynlleth 10-0. In the other semi-final, Llanfyllin Town will meet Newtown.
