A man has died at the scene of a single vehicle road traffic collision on the A483 between Fron and Llanbister.
The collision took place at approximately 3.40pm on Tuesday, October 8.
The road was closed from Crossgates to Llanbister.
A spokesperson for Dyfed-Powys Police said: “Dyfed-Powys received a report of a single vehicle road traffic collision, at approx. 3.40pm on the A483, between Fron and Llanbister.
“Sadly, the male driver passed away at the scene. His next of kin have been informed.
“The road remained closed whilst emergency services were at scene and re-opened by 8.30pm.”
