TWO Brecon men have denied charges against them related to the death of serving soldier Matthew Boyd in the town.
Jake Thomas Vallely, 23, denied murder when he appeared before judge Eleri Rees at Cardiff Crown Court this morning. Aaeron Rhys Evans, 22, denied manslaughter at the same hearing.
Vallely, of Penybryn, and Evans, of Cradoc Close, Brecon, both only spoke to state their not guilty pleas at the short hearing.
Both remain remanded in custody and a trial, that is expected to last three weeks, is due to start on November 14.
