Builth Ladies Choir has been busy fundraising recently for good causes.

The most notable event was a concert with Shawbury Military Wives Choir, back in October 2023, held in memory of the late Rev Brian Reardon, where more than £2,000 was raised for local charities.

At a recent choir practice the proceeds of the concert were presented to Builth Wells Community Support, Llandrindod Wells Hospital League of Friends and The Wyeside.

In addition, the choir had specifically chosen to support the Renal Unit of Llandrindod Wells Hospital as its “Charity of the Year” and through various fundraising events, an additional sum of £804.17 was raised to support this worthwhile cause.

The choir is grateful to everyone who helped with the grand concert and to all those who have supported their charity fundraising events over the past 12 months.
