The Builth Wells Ladies Choir hosted a successful Summer Charity Concert last week, which raised hundreds of pounds for charity.
The event took place at the Wesley Methodist Church on Wednesday, June 19.
The event was a harmonious blend of community spirit which raised a total of £823.
The choir was supported by pupils from Builth Wells C P School, who had competed in the National Urdd Eisteddfod in Meifod over the May half term, and added a youthful energy to the evening.
The concert also featured a performance by local singer, Mair Davies, who was accompanied by Sam Powell, further enhancing the musical experience for all attendees.
The funds raised from this event will be donated to the choir's nominated charity for the year, The Brain Tumour Charity. This contribution will support the charity's ongoing efforts to combat brain tumours and provide support for those affected.
The Builth Wells Ladies Choir extends their heartfelt thanks to all who attended and contributed to the success of the event. They look forward to hosting more events in the future that unite the community and support worthy causes.
