Aberhonddu and District Male Choir will host a drop-in session later this month at Brecon’s Guildhall.
The event will take place on Saturday, June 17 from 10:30am to 12:30pm.
The free session is open to everyone with no obligation - whether you are interested in joining the choir or just enjoy listening to the music.
Perhaps you have wondered what happens at a choir rehearsal? Or thought it might be too difficult to join in, or you need to speak Welsh or read music? Don’t worry, there is absolutely no audition!
Visitors can stay as long as they like at the session, where there will be free tea, coffee and refreshments.
A spokesperson for the choir said: “Join in if you wish, perhaps learn a song, maybe just come and listen and have a chat! You will find we are a friendly bunch and welcome men of any age who would like to experience the fun and friendship of being in a male choir.
“All are very welcome at this event, so come and meet some of the Friends of the Choir and find out about our social events and our fundraising activities for local charities.
“Singing is good for you, especially with Aberhonddu and District Male Choir or the Voices of Bannau Brycheiniog!”
